Spring or snow?
This time of year causes us to teeter and trip on our way to spring. Here are a few tools to best weather those last bits of winter.
The subtle shift into spring
The start of February marks the midway point between the depth of winter and the start of spring in the northern hemisphere and, with it, early flower buds and new baby lambs. While it can be a time for hope and optimism, it can still hold struggles and challenges. As important as it is to be goal oriented and forward thinking, it is equally critical to acknowledge the risks and barriers we may realistically face.

It may be as simple as a quick SWOT analysis or you could dive into a full risk register. Keep it connected and relevant. And enjoy the early shifts to spring. I’ve added some tools to the subscriber section to help you |
What energy are you holding?
As with those broad stroke seasonal shifts, the full moon and new moon make good reminders for us. First past the post this month is a full moon on February 12. It’s a good time to celebrate and reflect on the things we have decided and created over the past month. Are we in a space to stop anything in the next few weeks? What can we now let go out into the world? Or just let go of?
If you are interested in a little more, energetically, I’ll share group distance Reiki on the evening of February 12, as always, for your highest good and with full moon “celebrations turning to release” intentions. Simply be open to receive!
Read aloud!
February 5 is the 15th anniversary of World Read Aloud Day. Whether you are a book reader, read on your tablet or listen to an audiobook, share the sounds of literature today with your child, pet, partner or even just to immerse yourself with one more sense into whatever you are reading.
I’ll share a reading on jennreadstoyou that day to celebrate! (can you guess the book? It will be a kid-friendly read, in line with the event).
